We thoroughly enjoyed this stylish and comfortable restaurant on White Settlement Road, close enough to the action on W7th, but far enough away that we were not surrounded by all the hubbub. We were seated politely and quickly, and our server was very prompt and engaging. He introduced us to the concept of the restaurant well: fresh, seasonal food made only with readily available, fresh ingredients. The cocktail list was inventive, and for me, who wanted the driest of martinis, with a twist, the bartender clearly understood where I was headed with my off-menu selection. The wine list was accessible, not off the charts, but broad and deep enough that most anyone would be happy. The food was perfect. Arancini with green onion pesto was arrestingly fresh fried and the pesto was perfectly different from what I have had before. Paige's bone marrow appetizer was perfect, my mussels were tender, yet meaty, with housemade bacon included in the broth, Maggie's spinach salad was beyond what one can usually expect with salad - including plentiful lardons and an expertly poached egg. Entrees were perfect as well. Paige's porterhouse pork chop was tender, flavorful, and inventively accompanied by a stew of cream peas and tomatoes. Maggie's pasta was accompanied by beef and veal meatballs, and it was obvious it was made in house. My deck breast was just perfectly cooked, with fingerling potatoes, and corn and grilled zucchini relish. Perhaps the high point of the evening was our server finding us a third bone shank. You can't take two shanks to three dogs! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. So, go!

This place is outstanding. Food, service and the staff are out of this world. Great for a date night or to take a business group to for a 5 star dinner. A must visit place.
